Fair use & hard caps

All plans run on shared infrastructure with professional cloud providers. To keep things fast for everyone:

  • Hard caps are enforced. Hosted is capped at 25K vectors and 50K ops/month. Enterprise is capped at 2M vectors and 5M ops/month with a 500 GB/month egress soft-cap.
  • Sustained usage above Enterprise caps (>14M vectors or >40M ops/month) requires migration to Enterprise Custom. We give 30 days notice.
  • The $9.99 seat add-on charges per additional team member who needs an account. (Today: seat enforcement is honor-system; proper per-seat invites coming soon.)
  • Upgrade or downgrade anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal — link sent in your welcome email.
